Sam & Kari were wonderful to work with when we were purchasing shades for our church offices. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to stop by with samples and to get measurements. Sam was considerate of our budget and particular needs, and we're very pleased with the results! The shades are excellent quality: They look great, operate effortlessly and almost silently, and they've improved the overall appearance of the offices. I found working with Sam and Kari easy and they were very patient with my endless questions. The quality of their shade product is excellent and just what I needed for my “forever” home. The gentleman who installed the shades was very efficient and gave me detailed information on how to care for my new shades. We had horizontal and vertical blinds and also shades installed. After several weeks all look great and are working well. We are very pleased with the whole process from scheduling with Kari, consulting with Sam, and installation with David.
